What it is: A soluble activin receptor decoy — binds and blocks myostatin and related proteins that limit muscle growth.

What it does: Expect significant muscle mass gains and strength increases as myostatin signaling is suppressed. Originally developed for muscular dystrophy.

How it's used: Subcutaneous injection 1-2 times per week.
