What it is: Mechano Growth Factor — a splice variant of IGF-1 produced in muscle in response to mechanical loading.

What it does: Expect localized muscle growth (especially at injection sites), faster recovery from training, improved muscle cell repair.

How it's used: Subcutaneous injection post-workout, often into the trained muscle.
